A strongly corrugated old cattle station, this building was built of bush timber and corrugated iron. The iron was selected for two reasons, the first being that the property was so isolated that it would have been very expensive to bring in timber cladding from the nearest mill, and secondly because the iron was just about the only thing that the white ants would not eat!
